Host a Concert

Get your music-loving friends together and host a battle of the bands! Invite everyone you know and dance and sing for families facing childhood cancer.

Hold a dinner party for family and friends and ask everyone to donate. Enjoy a fantastic meal, knowing you are helping families when they need it most.

Hope Flies-

Isobelle's Story

Acclaimed children’s author Isobelle Carmody recently hosted the Hope Flies project for Redkite to coincide with the release of her latest book, “Comes the Night”.

She wanted to support Redkite after she read to a sixteen-year-old girl with cancer. Having settled on featuring a kite in her upcoming book inspired Isobelle to help more children and families facing childhood cancer.

Isobelle got in touch with thirty of her fellow authors and artists and asked them to design a kite. When the time came for her book launch, she hosted an auction for each of the kites and donated the proceeds to Redkite.
