I’m fundraising to support families facing childhood cancer

I’ve created this page because I want to give hope, inspire and encourage other people to not give up anything regardless how bad experience they went through.

Before I was diagnosed with cancer, I used to be a very active young man who competed in mountain biking. I couldn't believe it is true. I was shocked! Then I decided not to give up, never! 

After I overcame the initial shock of the new reality, I decided to fight.  Every moment of my fought and every second of the  unpleasant treatment I reminded myself the goal I had set just before was diagnosed. The goal was to race at the end of the year in the 24-hours mountain bike marathon which I have already signed up for.  I had six months to prepare. It was not easy, it hurt but I made it. I raced and I even finished among the top 6  riders. Then I could say yes, I beat it and came back to a very active live. Despite all the pain, I never lost the faith. 

Now I am grateful to have this experience. After all, I have become a stronger personality, I never lose faith and hope that no matter how bad it is now, it will always be better in the end.

Now I've decided to compete with mountain bikers in SEVEN, the race which is a part of UCI world gravel series and conquer the seven peaks in Margaret river region on my footbike.  My goal is to ride 125 km with the elevation of more than 3000m and meet the time limit of 10 hours.
