We're fundraising to support families facing childhood cancer

Kiteboarding WA has partnered with Redkite to make a difference in the lives of children battling cancer through providing essential and practical support for these families across Australia. We're inspired by the work of Redkite and wanted to support them by raising funds through the Kiteboarding WA Santa Down Winder taking place on Saturday the 18th of December.

Kiteboarding WA has been supporting Redkite for over 10 years and last year,the kite community successfully raised $8,500 for the amazing cause, which is truly a huge credit to everyone involved.

I’m fundraising to support families facing childhood cancer, a cause that is deeply personal to me. In 2013, I lost my mum to cancer, and I know firsthand the impact it has on loved ones. Now, I’m using my passion for kitesurfing to honor her memory and help families going through similar struggles. Every wave I ride and every challenge I tackle on the water will be dedicated to those facing their own battles.
