What draw can I enter in?

The Open is structured around four key draws:

  • Men,
  • Women,
  • Junior (11-13 & 14-17 years old)

You can also register for a Doubles draw. If you played the singles draw and lost early you can enter it free of charge.

How much is it to register?

Women / Men: $60

Juniors: $40

Doubles: $40 (Only if you have not bought a singles ticket)

Do I need to be an experienced player?

No. The Sydney French Open is also open to all levels from casual to experienced or competition practice. Everyone will join a group of players with the same level and be guaranteed to play at least three matches over the weekend.

When does the 2023 Sydney French Open take place?

On 30th September and 1st October, we look forward to welcoming you at the Eastside Tennis Center.

Will there be food and drink to purchase over the weekend?

Yes! There will be a variety of food and drink available to order from our team of volunteers. 

Can I just come and watch?

Of course! There will be food and drink stalls for players and spectators, bring the whole family!

Do I need to be part of the French community?

Although the competition has a French flavor, it is open to all Sydneysiders.
